Service Complaints

Any complaints shall have the right of Crypto News choice to:

• the repair of any fault in the services caused by us;
• the payment of the cost of having any fault in the services caused by us repaired; or

Partner Eligibility

All of our Partners are manually approved by Crypto News and Premium Partners must meet the Category Criteria.

Partner Listing Order

The default listing order of Partners will be based on popularity with our readers, web traffic and market conditions prevailing at the time. If Partner categories have very similar metrics then Crypto News will make the decision based on Partner tenure and Package level.
