Solana firm amid selling pressure

Solana fell in June 2023. However, news of a network upgrade drew buyers, propelling prices to new highs.

Moreover, the recent SEC vs. XRP verdict on July 13 further boosted Solana, driving prices to around the $30 level mark.

This surge represented a 104.16% increase from $14.39 registered on June 16.

Solana’s uptrend remains backed by more buyers and trading volumes, according to CoinMarketCap data.

Furthermore, the RSI and EMA indices point to buyers in the long term.

Despite gains in June, alternatives like VC Spectra could have offered better returns.

Arbitrum is weak

Arbitrum rallied from $1.10 on July 10 to a monthly high of $1.31 on July 14, pumped by the recent XRP vs. SEC lawsuit verdict.

However, ARB found resistance at $1.30 as interest faded and traders exited.

On July 16, ARB trading volumes dropped 44%. While analysts are bearish unless whales intervene, the RSI index remains neutral.

Arbitrum is currently at a turning point, but demand may lift prices higher.
