PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Trippin’ Bears DAO is a self-governing organization within the decentralized cryptocurrency financial sector. Members of the community who hold digital asset(s) from the Trippin’ Bears NFT collection, the core team, and DAO delegates, in accordance with this Charter, have voting privileges to community proposals.

Core Team manages and mitigates community decisions, oversees the employment of third-party personnel, develops various technologies for financial, and other purposes, generating revenue for the DAO through the marketing and sale of the developments.

DAO Delegates are elected representatives of the Trippin’ Bears DAO. Their responsibilities include upholding the highest degree of good business ethics in dealings pertaining to the community, creating and/or voting on proposals, overseeing the smart contracts for the various wallets, allotments, and token vesting, using their collective voice as one for the DAO members.

DAO Members are responsible for maintaining a check-and-balance system between the community of holders, Delegates, and the Core Team. The voting power of each member is correlated to the amount of digital assets, (Trippin’ Bear NFTs) the member holds. Members of the DAO are entitled to various revenue streams from the multi-faceted environment created by the Core Team.

PROJECT SUCCESS

The success of the DAO will require achieving the milestones in our 5-year roadmap. We, the Core Team, will keep developing, networking, and marketing. Members of the DAO are critical to the success and continuation of the organization. Community driven events, engagements, networking, are some examples of what Members who are invested should consider. As the community relies on the Core Team to put forth our developments and achieve milestones, we rely upon the community DAO members to encourage the project’s growth. Working in unison is the only way all milestones will be achieved.

Target Milestones

Continue onboarding of unique registered wallets to the blockchain (Cronos)
Improve the engagement in the Discord server, and all the official social media accounts!
Participate in events.
Improve the number of invites/holders.
Take initiative to preserve investment.
