Singaporean Police Arrest 10 for Money Laundering, Seize Over S$1.7B in Assets, Including Crypto

Singaporean police have arrested 10 foreign nationals, mostly with Chinese passports, on suspicion of money laundering and seized assets worth over S$1.7 billion, including cryptocurrencies. The police confiscated 94 properties, 50 vehicles, and 11 documents related to virtual assets. The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) emphasized the need to strengthen anti-money laundering measures in the country’s financial system.
